Role & responsibilities

• MIS:- Shareholdings, Dividends, Debt Investments, and Interest Payments on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
• Taxation and Compliance: – Manage tax planning, filing, and compliance with various taxation laws. Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and ensure adherence to relevant laws.
• Audit and Assurance: – Conduct internal audits to assess financial processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements. Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance:- Stay updated with regulatory changes in the financial sector and ensure the company’s operations comply with relevant laws and guidelines.
• Financial Systems and Controls: – Establish and maintain robust financial systems, policies, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure efficient operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate must have exposure to investment banking and operations.
• The candidate must be a qualified CA
• Experience ranging from 10 to 20 years
