CS Swati Srivastava an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (“ICSI”), and is also a Law graduate and holds Masters degree in Commerce – from University of Allahabad.
She possess over 8 years of experience in the area of Company Secretarial Functions, Listing and other compliances. During this period, She has handled corporate governance matters, corporate secretarial transactions and advised stakeholders with focus on compliance and integrity.
She was earlier associated with Kohinoor Foods Ltd.- a leading FMCG, Sun Ace Chemical (India) Pvt. Ltd. – Japanese MNC and IIFL Home Finance Limited.
